Booking Terms & Conditions:

• 30% non-refundable booking deposit required to reserve selected week(s).
• Balance payable 6 weeks before start of rental
  period.
• A security deposit of £300 is payable with
  each booking, it will be returned after satisfactory inspection less cost of any replacement items.
• Prices are quoted in pounds sterling, other currencies will be quoted at current published rates.
• Payment by cheque or B.A.C.S transfer.
• Townhouse is to be vacated by 10.00hrs on change over day and is available after 15.00hrs.

Changeover days are on Fridays
